Absolutely Yes! eCom has more than 10 payment gateways you can choose from. Pick anyone you want or select multiple. It is all free to use

Can you help me design the online store and how much will this cost me?

Absolutely Yes! we can help you design your online store website and it is free of charge as long as you have paid for a plan. This opportunity is for personal plans only. Your website should be ready within 24 hours

Can i change my website theme anytime i want even if am using PRO1?

Yes! This is absolutely allowed. You may change your website theme anytime irrespective of your plan

How do i make payment for plan?

You can pay using any of the available payment gateways. At the moment we receive your payment via flutterwave payment gateway or bank transfer. ecom82 is powered by His Majesty Software Ltd

Can i sell in my country currency in eCom?

Absolutely Yes! our platform supports every currency and also RTL. You can also use the payment gateway of your country

What are your bandwidth fees and limits?

None. We do not charge for bandwidth and all our plans have unlimited bandwidth for free

Do I need a web host?

eCom82 includes secure, unlimited ecommerce hosting on all plans for free with FREE SSL

What type of Mobile App do you offer?

Web conversion! Your website will be converted to App immediately thus every update on your website will reflect automatically on your mobile app. Note: We may also add splash logo, icon, welcoming message etc if you need it

Can I publish the app on App store and Google play?

Yes, absolutely. Once you receive your application, you can publish it without any problem. In case you need help for publishing, our team is able to assist you anytime

When will my application be ready and how will i receive my app?

It takes us less than 72hrs to deliver your application to your inbox. Your application will be sent to your email

How many Apps am i getting buying PRO2 or above?

Only one Android App. Where you purchase PRO4, you are getting one android app and iOS version of your website. You may pay for others if you are interested. Each subsequent app cost $35 for Android and $60 for iOS. One-time payment

Can I connect my own domain name?

Yes. You can connect your unique domain name to your eCom82 account anytime irrespective of plan selected

Can I start selling online without connecting my personal domain?

Yes. You can start selling online directly after setting up your eCom82 account. Add products in your catalog and start selling online

Is it possible to switch plan from PRO1 to PRO X?

Yes. This is allowed; you only need to pay the difference

When visitors contact me via contact form, how do I get the message?

When you are sent messages, you will receive it via your email address as well as in your store dashboard. Check your contact list in your dashboard

Design for me, what will I need to provide?

First requirement is to make payment for a particular plan either via flutterwave or bank transfer; then supply us the following

1. Your name and phone number

2. Your store name or business name

3. Product images, description and prices

4. Logo (optional)
